Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Plan changes apply immediately. Your included allowance resets at the next billing cycle by default.
What happens if I exceed my monthly cap?
When you reach your monthly batch calling limit, any currently running batch is paused and new batches cannot be run until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan immediately to resume.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Included usage allowance resets each month and does not roll over to future months.
Is support the same across all plans?
Yes. Standard support (email, in-app messages, and documentation) is included in every plan, from Free Trial through Pro.
What is your refund policy?
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. However, if you identify a billing error (such as an incorrectly classified lead), you can request a credit within 7 calendar days of invoice date. Credits cover documented system errors or clear classification mistakes only.
